Will my old Genie remotes still work after a board swap?
Older Genie remotes use a different protocol than current units (Intellicode vs the older fixed-code remotes). On a board swap to a current-generation logic board you will likely need to re-pair existing Intellicode remotes (easy) or replace older fixed-code remotes (cheap, we carry them).
